If you are an industry creative and you personally know a serious producer or developer with a real project that needs funding — and they close a deal with us — we pay you a referral percentage. In writing. Under contract. No exceptions, no shortcuts, no spam.
For every project you introduce to us that proceeds through diligence, executes a term sheet, and is funded, you receive a defined percentage of the deal as a referral fee. The exact percentage is set in your referral agreement before any introduction is made.
Paid when the deal is funded. Not before. Not on a promise. Not on a "warm intro." Funded.
Bulk submissions, mass forwards, "I know a guy" emails with twelve names attached, and affiliate-style funnels are declined on sight. Anyone running a referral pipeline on us without a signed agreement is not affiliated with the fund and is not authorized to represent us.
The integrity of this fund depends on the integrity of who introduces projects to it. We protect that on purpose.
Producers, executives, financiers, agents, managers, studio heads, publishing leads, or shipped creatives with verifiable credits. Real reputations, real history in film, television, or video games.
You actually know the producer or developer you are introducing. Not a LinkedIn connection. Not a forwarded deck. A real working relationship and personal knowledge of the project.
You are prepared to meet with us, agree on the percentage in advance, and sign a referral agreement before any introduction is made. No contract, no fee — full stop.
Reach out directly. Tell us who you are, what you've worked on, and the kind of projects you're positioned to introduce.
One short video call. We vet fit on both sides — your standing in the industry, our standard, and the type of projects in your circle.
A simple, plain-English referral contract. Defined percentage, defined trigger, defined payout. Reviewed by your counsel.
Make the introduction. If the project signs a term sheet, closes, and is funded, your referral fee is wired per the agreement.
The referral percentage is fixed in writing before any name is exchanged. The trigger event — signed, closed, and funded — is defined in plain English. The payout schedule is in the contract. There are no moving targets, no "we'll figure it out later," no quiet reductions after the fact.
You will never be asked for upfront fees, deposits, or "activation" costs to become a referral partner. Anyone claiming otherwise on our behalf is not us.
We protect the producer. We protect the referrer. We protect the reputation of every stakeholder involved.
Use the submit form on the home page. Put "Referral inquiry" in the message field, and a brief note on your industry background and the type of projects you're positioned to introduce. A principal will respond and arrange a meeting.
Contact the deskEvery Quantum Entertainment Fund deal is bound by a single standard: what you read is what you sign, and what you sign is what gets wired. No upfront fees, no hidden clauses, no side letters, no creative interference. One licensed broker carries sole financial responsibility on every transaction.
Profit-share and/or small % budget-share economics. No collateral demands, no liens against your IP, no debt service eating into production. We do not gouge percentages. Our compensation is proportionate to the project as per terms of agreement. Our incentive is to fund more deals, not gouge a single project.
That is our only compensation per deal at present time. Any additional compensation per project is optional, and offered by you.
Once you are funded, you are funded — and you are in full control. No greenlight committee can pull the plug. No regime change upstairs can shut you down mid-build. The wire lands whole, and the work belongs to you.
We never own the creator's IP at any point in this process. Characters, world, code, masters, and underlying rights remain entirely with you, from the first wire to the final release and beyond.
