This website presents a private financing offer to qualified producers and rights holders in film, television, video games, and transmedia. Content on these pages is for informational purposes and does not constitute investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. All financing is executed by the licensed broker, who is the sole counterparty on every term sheet and every wire.

The licensed broker carries sole financial responsibility — licensing, term sheets, signatures, regulated activity, and movement of capital. The creative advisor evaluates story, design, and franchise architecture only, and is not a registered broker or financial representative. The creative advisor does not sell securities, does not handle investor funds, and has no authority over financial terms or allocation.

Any referral arrangement is white-glove, by invitation, and requires a signed, mutually agreed written contract executed before any qualifying activity. We do not operate an affiliate program. Unsolicited submissions, mass outreach, scraped lists, and spam are not eligible for compensation and may be discarded without response.
