A promise, in writing

True fully funded creative freedom.

The work is yours. We just fund it.

A creative project is not a spreadsheet. It is years of late nights, a notebook full of fully drawn worlds, a team of hand-picked talent and the time it took to source them, and a vision you've defended longer than anyone has noticed. We get it. The fund is built around that respect.

Run by

An elite licensed broker with a standing network of capital operators across private equity and institutional banking.

Advised by

An industry creative who has greenlit an award-winning video game, worked directly alongside top film producers, and is certified in professional ethics and corporate finance wealth management (FPWMP).

The Pact

Six things we will never do.

We will not give you notes.

No script supervisor seat. No game-design committee. No marketing team rewriting your trailer. You hired yourself to make this. We hired you too.

We will not touch the IP.

Characters, world, code, masters, underlying rights — all stay in the production entity you control. Sequels, spin-offs, transmedia extensions are yours to build.

We will not move you out of your own chair.

No key-person swap-out clauses. No 'creative reset' triggers. The director, showrunner, and founder stay in their seats for the life of the deal.

We will not mandate casting or crew.

No required attachments. No preferred-vendor lists. No quiet kickback architecture. You hire the people who make the work right.

We will not shop your deck.

Submissions are read by principals — not pooled, not forwarded, not 'circulated to a few friends.' Mutual NDA on request, before anything sensitive moves.

We will not yank capital mid-production.

Funded means funded. No pause buttons because someone upstairs changed their mind. Disputes go to pre-agreed neutral arbitration — never to a shutdown.

Why The Structure Protects You

Creative control is an immutable contract clause, not a vibe.

Most creatives have, at some point, been promised creative freedom on a phone call — and then quietly stripped of it through a side letter, an approval matrix, or a 'consulting' producer credit. We've watched it happen too. So the protections live in the contract, not the pitch.

  • Final cut, final design, and final marketing sign-off named explicitly in the term sheet.
  • No approval matrix on casting, crew, vendors, score, or release.
  • Where applicable, the broker and creative advisor receive an IMDb (or equivalent) credit for backing the project — but the credit carries no creative authority.

All creative decisions belong solely to the project originator, in any medium, full stop. We hold no influence over project direction unless granted to us in writing by the project owner.
  • No side letters. The deal you sign is the whole deal.
  • Equity, not debt — no liens against your IP, no personal guarantees, no clawbacks dressed as recoupment.
Our Only Objective

To fund you. That's the whole thesis.

In return, we take a small percentage of the budget and/or profits, based on the terms of the agreement — agreed up front and stated plainly in the term sheet. That is our only compensation per deal at present time. Any additional compensation per project is optional, and offered by you.

You are funded in full, at the agreed amount, from the first moment. Not in tranches gated by approvals. Not contingent on milestones designed to claw capital back. The wire lands whole.

Simple. Direct. Efficient.

This is, to our knowledge, the most direct-to-wire fund operating in entertainment today. No hidden terms. No quiet clauses buried on page forty. No side letters revising the deal after signature. What you read is what you sign, and what you sign is what gets wired.

Sourcing capital is its own full-time job — months of introductions, decks rewritten for every audience, calendars lost to discovery calls. Hand that work to us. We cut the workload down to seconds. You focus on your project, call us to arrange funds. Consider the desk your agent for capital, the same way you'd retain an agent for representation.

What We Ask In Return

Honesty. Discipline. Delivery.

Honest numbers.

A real budget, a real schedule, a real risk register. If something is shaky, we'd rather know on day one than week ten.

Budget discipline.

Stay inside the envelope we agreed to. Overages have a contingency clause; surprises don't.

Deliver the work.

Standard delivery milestones — cut, masters, build, launch. Hit them and the fund stays out of your hair.

The craft

We back the work because we have done the work.

The fund is run by people who understand what it means to ship — from the edit suite to the director's chair to the concept art desk.

Vision

Final cut stays final.

No script supervisor seat. No marketing team rewriting your trailer. The director's vision is protected in writing, not just promised on a call.

Creation

Your IP. Your characters. Your world.

Concept art, code, masters, underlying rights — all stay in the production entity you control. Sequels, spin-offs, and transmedia are yours to build.

Post

No one touches the edit but you.

No focus-testing your art direction. No required battle pass. No approval matrix on casting, crew, vendors, score, or release. You ship the game you set out to make.

"Make the work you'd make if no one was watching the money."

The No-Cancellation Doctrine

Your project is never cancelled. Not at any point. Not for any reason.

Once you are funded, you are funded — and you are in full control from that moment until the work ships.

We have watched too many films get shelved a week before release, too many series get pulled mid-season for a tax write-down, too many game studios get gutted the morning after launch. Years of work, erased to balance someone else's quarterly report. That cannot happen here. Our structure makes it impossible.

No greenlight committee.

There is no upstairs to change its mind. One licensed principal funds the deal. Once the wire is sent, the decision is permanent.

No mid-production pull.

Capital cannot be recalled, paused, or re-tranched against you. No 'strategic review' can shut the project down. Funded means funded — for the life of the build.

No shelving, ever.

We will never bury your finished work for a tax write-off. The masters, the build, the IP — they live with you. You decide if and how the world sees them.

Written into the contract
  • No cancellation clause. No termination-for-convenience clause. No "strategic discretion" exit.
  • No clawbacks dressed up as recoupment. No personal guarantees. No liens against the IP.
  • No requirement to release, distribute, or platform the work on anyone else's timetable. You decide when and where it ships.
  • Disputes go to pre-agreed neutral arbitration — never to a shutdown.

The work you start is the work you get to finish.

Integrity Guarantee

Transparent terms. Funded in full. Creative control preserved.

Every Quantum Entertainment Fund deal is bound by a single standard: what you read is what you sign, and what you sign is what gets wired. No upfront fees, no hidden clauses, no side letters, no creative interference. One licensed broker carries sole financial responsibility on every transaction.

Our Compensation

Profit-share and/or small % budget-share economics. No collateral demands, no liens against your IP, no debt service eating into production. We do not gouge percentages. Our compensation is proportionate to the project as per terms of agreement. Our incentive is to fund more deals, not gouge a single project.

That is our only compensation per deal at present time. Any additional compensation per project is optional, and offered by you.

· Licensed Principal· No Upfront Fees· Funded In Full, Day One· Creative Control Retained
No-Cancellation Guarantee

Your project is never cancelled at any point, for any reason.

Once you are funded, you are funded — and you are in full control. No greenlight committee can pull the plug. No regime change upstairs can shut you down mid-build. The wire lands whole, and the work belongs to you.

We never own the creator's IP at any point in this process. Characters, world, code, masters, and underlying rights remain entirely with you, from the first wire to the final release and beyond.

How The Desk Is Structured

The creative advisor is the business partner of this fund — shaping the editorial standard and reading projects on the creative merit. The creative advisor does not handle funds, term sheets, or any regulated financial activity. The licensed broker is solely responsible for all financial operations — licensing, term sheets, signatures, wires, and every regulated function.
